Feedback Organic purchases coffee for our office and events, connects the roastery to cafes in our network, and handles composting of coffee chaff waste.
How It Works
Establish roastery with support from disability employment specialists
Train 8-10 participants in coffee roasting, quality control, packaging
Source green beans from ethical suppliers (direct trade where possible)
Sell roasted coffee B2B to cafes and B2C through markets/online
Returns come from coffee sales minus supported employment costs
