Platform Access & Account
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our platform. Organisations may create accounts on behalf of their members, subject to additional verification requirements.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. Termination does not affect your founding supporter recognition in active projects.
Donations & Collaboration Framework
Community-Funded Collaboration
Our platform enables community-funded collaboration for circular food systems. Donations from community members are matched by corporate partners, and contributions of time and expertise are recognised and celebrated.
Donation Management
All donations are directed to the community-voted winning project. 100% of donated funds go to project delivery, with matched funding from corporate partners multiplying community contributions.
Contribution Recognition
Contributors of time, expertise, and resources are recognised as founding supporters. All contributions are tracked transparently and acknowledged in project reporting.
Impact Reporting
Supporters receive quarterly impact reports showing how their donations and contributions have translated into real outcomes: jobs created, waste diverted, households served.
Project Governance
Community-designed projects are governed by the project team with oversight from Feedback Organic. Supporters receive regular updates and can participate in future ideation rounds.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through mandatory mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. Transparent contribution and donation records support all proceedings.

Intellectual Property Rights
Your IP Rights
You retain ownership of intellectual property you bring to the platform. By participating in projects, you grant necessary licenses for collaborative development while maintaining your underlying rights.
Collaborative IP
IP developed collaboratively through platform projects is shared among contributors based on their roles and agreements. All collaborative IP agreements are documented and legally binding.
Platform IP
The platform technology, algorithms, and proprietary systems remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use these systems as part of your platform membership.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to Terms
